Nilda is a servant leader committed to advocating for removing digital divide barriers to financial, economic, and educational inclusion. Among her notable accomplishments, she has led the implementation of Oakland County, Michigan's new Business Forward Program initiative to provide resources and services to small businesses with a focus on minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses.

She is an Afro-Latina with 20+ years of experience in Marketing technology solutions to Fortune 500 companies such as Deloitte, Microsoft, AT&T, and EDS, where she was at the frontier of bringing new technologies to market. An entrepreneur, she is the CEO and founder of Workforce eTraining Solutions LLC, an online platform of on-demand and virtual instructor-led courses to reskill and upskill the workforce and youth. And consults on new business and marketing trends through her NGT Marketing Group consultancy.

Nilda is recognized as a trusted advisor to senior corporate and philanthropic executives and received an appointment to the National Small Business Association Leadership Council. Throughout her career, she was featured in the following publications: Black Enterprise, Hispanic Women in Business, and Women in e-Commerce magazines.
